Hi, the textarea should work too. The video field, which is a default field uses a normal textarea and works with iframe embeds.
Let us know,

Using SEO plugin you should be able to wrap the title’s category tag in parenthesis.
Not 100% sure though.

I would suggest to create a custom widget for that instead of modding core files or next update you’ll have to re-apply your changes.
Thx
Hi,
the link that would trigger the map change would look like this:
<a onclick="jQuery('#geodir_map_v3_home_map_1_posttype').val('gd_place');build_map_ajax_search_param('geodir_map_v3_home_map_1', true)" href="javascript:void(0);">Places</a>You could add it with a function to your top navigation, but it would visible in all pages of your website, even where the map isn’t visible and would become redundant.
If you want to add custom link with a function to your menu you can have a look at this topic.

Thanks
In the image attached you can see the settings of the apps of rc-quacopters.net
Are yours looking like that?
Let me know,
Thx
Simone replied to your other topic after having a deeper look at your install on the other thread and I’m now having a look directly at you theme. I would continue this discussion there, as I’m almost positive problem are related.

My guess is that you moved the database of the development site before running the convertion tools and some custom tables are missing.
Now that the staging site is updated and working as expected, simply do a new database backup of the staging site and import it in the development site using a tool like this: https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/ to search & replace the domain without breaking serialized strings.

Thx
Hi,
there must be another redirect (maybe a plugin) interfering. In our demo websites, that is normal behaviour.
You can test it here: http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/costa-rica/puntarenas/san-diego/landmark/costa-rica-guest-magazine/
I’d try to disable all non GD plugins to see if you can find the culprit.
Let us know,
Thanks
Unless the main framework is revolutioned, it’s very rare that a child theme is updated.
ThxIf it doesn’t change the media upload folder structure and keeps the year/month one, it should work.
Let us know,
I’m not sure I understand the question. You mean changing a text field into an html field?
Let me know,
Thx
