Hi,
Just for future reference, you shouldn’t update X unless you are 100% sure that everything will work with it and it has been updated too.
Thanks
Please provide wp admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
also… Are all your plugins up to date?
Let us know,
Thx
January 22, 2015 at 7:38 pm in reply to: Please advise on how to organize places, tags, searches etc. #28515Hi Marsha,
we don’t keep track of older topics and I don’t recall anything dealing with anything similar, otherwise I’d be glad to point them out.
Let’s say someone wants to find the mountain biking trails in Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest and compare them.
GeoDirectory allows to pin 1 point on the map, not a trail and in addition with the free version you can only point them in 1 city.
You can’t do what you want unless you install both the multilocations and the advance search addons.
Once you purchase them we will be glad to provide assistance for them in the respective forums (you currently can’t access them).
As of now you have right to get support for the core plugin and Avada Child theme only. (you should sync your profile with your Theme Tailors orders.)
Thanks
January 22, 2015 at 6:49 pm in reply to: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS #28510This normally happens when GeoLocation is unable to determine your location through your browser.
To see if it is a bug, we would need to know exactly when it’s happening, randomly doesn’t help.
However you could try clearing your browser geolocation saved location.

Hi,
the Share Location addon shouldn’t be used at all. It’s obsolete and not supported. It doesn’t work with latest core.
If a user accept to share their location and there are no listings near them, they will be taken to the closest location in your database where there are listings available.
Thanks
Hi,
1 yes add this to your custom css: `.geodir_loginbox .chosen-results {
margin-top: 10px;
padding: 0 15px;
}`2 yes, you can create your modified version of the widget within your theme functions.php. Copy the widget function from the plugin, copy it in your active theme functions.php, rename the class name, function name, and widget name. Add your changes and use the new widget instead of the default widget.
3 Yes add this to your custom css : `.geodir_loginbox .chosen-search {
display: none;
}`I’ve asked to the devs to make the add listing place holder always not clickable.
Thanks
you can add this request here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
Just FYI, the ajax autocompleter is triggered starting from the 3rd letter typed, so if for example they type CARDIOLOGY, once they typed CAR, the category CARDIOLOGIST will appear.
You could also change the description of the tags field in the add listing form to explain why they should add keywords. Something like, “add keywords that could help users find you. If you are a cardiologist you could add cardiology, heart disease, heart”
If the request becomes popular we could look into adding tags to a specific category automatically (not sure would be the best solution), or look for extra keywords in category custom fields.
Thanks
Hi,
the problem is in the prices.
You have paypal recurring but only have it recurring once so there is no point.
I know we wrote (Allowed Range: Days range 1-90 || Weeks range 1-52 || Months range 1-24 || Years range 1-5) but that’s a mistake.
Years range should be 2 – 5.
I’ve changed in your default price and it works. Sorry about the confusion.
Thanks
GeoLocation is now part of the Advance Search addon.
GeoDirectory >> Advanced search >> GeoLocation Settings >> Disable geolocate on first load
Thx
Hi Again,
I’ve just tested to double check and I do see some problem with your file.
Region should be Massachusetts and not MA (google maps API requires the region to be the full name), but even changing that it doesn’t appear to allow to upload all +2000 listings.
I’ve asked to Stiofan to investigate.
I should have done that after your 1st post and I apologize for this.
We’ll keep you posted.
Thx

see answer provided in other topic. BTW, 1 topic for both question would have been more than enough.
Thanks
Tabs should be on 1 line, not 2. There is not much you can do there with css.
You should consider changing tabs names and make sure they fit in 1 line.
Thanks
