Hi AJ,
there are only 3 Genesis Child Themes for GeoDirectory, if you wish to use one of them, you’ll have no choice, but get the Genesis framework too.
Starter, Supreme, GDF, Whoop don’t require Genesis. Other than them, there are thousands of other themes both free and premium that will work just fine with GD.
Thanks
FYI, there is the Listing Claims screen for that.
See image attached.
Thanks
Hi Ben,
if you visit https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/
You get everything that was previously included with the old payment manager.
You don’t have to pay there, unless you want 1 or more of the new payment gateways like Paypal Pro for example.
Those are not included.
Thanks
More info about that here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/
November 30, 2017 at 9:22 pm in reply to: Some problems in Supreme Directory after update to wp 4.9 #407661If you can see the maps in both back end and front end, then it means that the API key is ok.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
that is a receipt for UsersWP : http://userswp.io/
Our User profile plugin that include the GeoDirectory integration, not GeoDirectory and all its add-ons.
If you wish, we can refund the purchase of UsersWP, so that you can purchase GeoDirectory instead.

Hi,
there is no purchase made on the 24th under your username/email.
When this happen, normally the user created 2 accounts and is trying to login with the wrong one.
Is it possible that you bought while logged in under a different account? Do you have an other email address that you use?
Something that would help figure this out would be a copy of your receipt.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Felicia,
if the GD search return pages and posts, it means something is hijacking it, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
Facebook had the old information cached and needed to re-crawl your page to get the new info.
Thanks
Hello!
Please share your WP Admin details so we can take a look. We will need to disable GD Booster to diagnose the issue. If you want to hurry things along, you should try removing your custom CSS to see which line is causing the issue. It looks like there is some line-height rule that is overriding the normal location bar line height.
Thanks
We received them, the developers have been alerted and they will look into it asap.
There is no trash for those, only for posts… I already emptied it for you
November 28, 2017 at 10:55 pm in reply to: GeoDirectory multi-select field cannot handle many select options #407290Hi Steve,
Developers have been alerted about your concern. As far as I know, GeoDirectory doesn’t impose any limitation.
If you search in this forum “column change failed. you have too many columns”, you’ll find 2 topics. In the 1st the member tried to insert data via sql and didn’t do it correctly.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/listing-updates-of-custom-fields-not-stored/page/2/#post-207803In the other there were DB problems too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/column-change-failed-you-may-have-too-many-columns/#post-379696
If you provide a link to your website, wp admin and phpmyadmin or cpanel credentials, we will look into this.
Thanks
