Hi,
have you tried browsing the buddypress forum to see if anyone else is having this problem with other themes, plugins?
Because from your description, it doesn’t seem to be related to GD and noone else reported anything even similar.
Let us know,
Thx

Did you do anything with virtual page? There should be 5 and should remain untouched.
If you did remove them or some of them, here is the solution: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/how-to-restore-virtual-gd-pages/
Let us know,
There is no way to do that.
How would the visitor trigger the show/hide???
hi Gamer,
the fact that it is unusual, doesn’ìt mean it shouldn’t work.
It works on any other website I’ve tested with our plugin on a great number of servers, which means they are giving you very little memory to excute your scripts.
Are you on a low end shared hosting?
If yes, that is the reason why it doesn’t work. I’d suggest moving to a faster hosting provider or upgrade your account with them to at least a decent VPS.
Thanks
You don’t need to upload it over and over, you just need to select it from media gallery in such a case.
There is no bulk category upload tool yet (could be in the future).
If you are comfortable with SQL, you could check how the icon URL is stored in the database and upload them in batch with a query.
Thx
According to Google Maps, that specific location isn’t in Sun Prairie, but in
2850 Prairie Lakes Dr, Madison, WI 53719, USA
Reson why it is giving you an error.
Thx
hi,
I don’t know if this is solved, but I’ve checked all visible pages of your website and I haven’t found any weird email address showing anywhere. Will you let us know?
Thx
Hi,
I’ve never tested it with a pagebuilder. Can you provide a link and wp-admin credentials in a private reply so that we can have a look?
let us know,
ThxSeptember 23, 2014 at 5:46 pm in reply to: Only have one custom post type show up in a search? #16282Yes it will.
ThxHi,
I just had a look and indeed it happens only on Chrome and very randomly.
Couldn’t recreate it in any of my test websites, so this is definitely due to a plugin or a customization.
Thx
Hi again,
the problem was the Genre used as sort option. Being Checkboxes, it can’t be used to sort, but only in advance search. Probably you didn’t have it as Checkboxes when added as filter, than you probably changed it to checkboxes and the system didn’t remove it (that’s a bug that we discovered thanks to this).
We removed it and now, being checkboxes, it is no longer available in sort options.
Now places are working as expected.
Thx
Hi Marieb, we are looking into this now, we’ll let you know asap.
Thx for your patience.Hi,
honestly I don’t understand what are you trying to accomplish exactly.
This is what I understood.
You don’t want the subcategories to show in the map menu, but you want to be able to show/hide them on the map?Let us know,
Hi again,
i tried already, but my ftp user doesn’t have permission to edit that file.

Can you provide the link in a private reply, possibly with wp admin credentials so that we can have a look?
Thx
