You are welcome 🙂
Please check now. There was a wee css bug in supreme that could be visible only with the toolbar from buddypress.
Thanks
Hi Javier,
that tool bar isn’t added by GeoDirectory, if you remove all your custom css you’ll definitely remove that error too, because the theme out of the box doesn’t have that problem.
However I’m not in the position to tell which custom css is causing the problem, debugging custom css is beyond support.
For the question about what plugin to use, there is google: https://www.google.com/search?q=plugin+to+hide+buddypress+toolbar
Thanks
Hi,
your status is FREE USER. Free users only get support for the free plugin, but you have premium add-ons installed on your website. Who bought them? With which account?
You MUST use that account if you want to receive support, if you keep posting with this account yourll keep getting the same response:
Please login with a user account that entitles you to support for a website with GD addons.
Hope it ius clear now.
Thank you
You don’t need to do anything there. Divi settings are included and should be loaded automatically.
Thanks
Hi,
no, that part is only if you want to use our themes. I just wanted to show your the 1st few seconds where you see how to install the plugin.
The rest for you is not needed.
Thanks
Hi,
that’s only visible to logged in users and it’s the WP tool bar added by Buddypress. There are plugins that allow to hide it.
FYI, you have few css errors. The logo added above the search form as a fixed width. Also when you change location, that same logo creates a conflict with the text that should appear where that logo has been added.
Thanks
Hi Konstantinos,
Ultimate Member and GeoDirectory are not compatible or integrated.
We are compatible with our plugin UsersWP or Buddypress and you’ll need an integration add-on for both.
The free version isn’t compatible with any of them.
Thanks
That’s good news Andres, thanks for letting us know and for sharing! 🙂
Hi Katja,
please see this topic: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/listing-page-margins/#post-401530
That is something you asked in the past.
That template is designed differently from how you want it, if you want to change it, you should hire a designer that could help you with css and template changes.
That goes beyond support.
Thanks
Hi Rhonda and thanks for joining,
the core plugin is on wordpress.org:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/
You can search it from your plugins screen directly like we show in this video:
After installing the core plugin you can install the add-ons. Those must be downloaded from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ and uploaded manually.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/
Let us know how it goes,
Cheers,
Thanks
Hi,
sorry for the late reply, even logged in there is a password protected screen not allowing to see the webisite.
Let us know how we can see it.
Thanks
What Guust said.
FYI should you have thousands of people submitting listings simultaneously you’d be the next Yelp from day one. Venture capitalists would pay big bucks for a wee % of your company and you’d be able to get all the tech support and servers you need.
Thanks
That’s good news! You are welcome 🙂
You cannot remove your post, I’m sorry. Forums are made to leave traces of topics so that other users can read them and possibly take advantage of the solution provided without having to ask again.
Thanks
