done… 🙂 feel free to report translation problems here.
Hi,
I would need a link and wp admin credentials to have a look myself if you don’t mind, you can send them in a private reply.
Thanks,
hi,
there isn’t such options, either you allow them to add and edit or none of the 2.
You can probably find a workaround, like not enabling/hiding the “add listing” link everywhere, but by using a direct URL any registered users could find the add listing form (deducting the url from the edit listing form) and add listings if they want to…
Thx
Hi,
that widget wasn’t meant to show listings from all CPT, but 1 per widget and not only featured listings, but eventually sort by featured.
Featured listing will appear on top of every other page, if sort by featured is setup in Places settings. For example in CPT page, category page or searches.
We have in plan to extend widgets and maps to show from multiple CPT for those who need this, but can’t promise a date for their release.
If you wish to build your own custom widget, you can start by copying the class of the widget you’re trying to use now in your theme functions.php file, rename it and tweak it to suit your needs.
This can be find is: geodirectory/geodirectory-widgets/geodirectory_popular_widget.php around line 134.
Thanks
Hi again Mnotey,
can you please provide a link and wp-admin credentials in a private reply so I can see issue in action?
Thx
Just FYI : John is working on Avada already… there is no doubt it was the most requested so far.
@manilaboy we hired John to work on theme templates integration only. He will be doing it on a project basis, not full time. He has to deliver a number of theme functions per week. Other than that he’s free and welcome to get freelance work for anyone willing to pay for his time.
@brian, shortcodes are a priority, but as an easy task to complete. Especially for the detail page, where sidebar data will have to be moved in the content area somewhere. We are already discussing and planning their development.
@jroza1 Stiofan released beta functions for Enfold, did you test them? https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/enfold-compatibility-code-please-test/ They should work fairly well. Anyway John should be around later today. Now he’s probably sleeping.
Thx
And they appear on TOP (if you set the sort for it) in CPT pages, categories pages and search pages.
Basically everywhere else…
Currently that widget only “sort by” featured, meaning it will show featured 1st and regular listings after.
This means that if you have more than 2 featured per category, you’ll never see regualr listings there.
However it is not possible to sort by featured and randomize too. So the last 2 featured entered will always be displayed
If you use the random sort, it will randomize all listings, featured and not.
Currently there isn’t a widget to show only featured listings and randomize it, but it is in our wishlist but now I can’t anticipate any release date.
Thx
currently in Mexico…
Hi,
have you tried, GD and WPML alone and GD and Woocommerce alone to see where most likely the problem could be?
I’m flagging this for a developer.
Thx
Hi,
a beta compatibility pack for X is out already:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/x-compatibility-code-please-test/
No, just add a link to /location/ on your menu.
Than tweak the GeoDir Home widget areas to adjust the page to your needs.
Please read what I wrote:
You have to modify this css:
Increase the width of the 1st elements and reduce the width of the second element. If you add that correctly to your child theme there is no need for !important tags.
Thx
Hi again,
do you have any regional filter or any other type of IP restrictions on that website?
Even though I clearly see it indexed on google, I can’t access it nor ping it…
See image attached.
