Hi,
in your settings GeoDirectory > Design > Map
you had all CPT and respective categories hidden.
The map didn’t have anything to load and that’s the reason why it wasn’t appearing.
Now it is…
June 21, 2014 at 7:37 pm in reply to: Option to enable change adress by draging the PIN on map #5496+1 to which option Roger?
Hi,
Once I get passed the 1st username and password I try to login on wp-login.php and I keep getting this:
FEHLER: Cookies sind wegen einer unerwarteten Ausgabe gesperrt. Hilfe findest du in dieser Dokumentation oder wende dich an das Support Forum.
Obviously cookies are enabled on my browser otherwise I wouldn’t be able to access this forum.
Home page gives me a blank screen which is probably a php error. Do you have any other plugins installed?
Can you access the error log on your server and let us know what has been logged recently?
Thanks
p.s as you can see from our demo, none of the problems you are reporting are visible, which means there is either a conflicting plugin, not all addons are up to date or a wrong configuration.
We will make it work for you too…
btw, now i have access to your website but credentials are not working? Thread is still open.
ThxJune 21, 2014 at 7:22 pm in reply to: Option to enable change adress by draging the PIN on map #5488Vikas was considering adding an option to avoid address to be overwritten.
We were undecided on which would be the best way to go.
An admin setting that would rule for all, or a checkbox below the address to allow users to control it.
Please everyone reading this post, let us know your thoughts and we will proceed accordingly.
Thanks
Hi,
I just check the website and the plugin is working just as expected.
Probably your frustration comes from your expectation of how the plugin should work.
You have :
2 categories, each with it’s marker.
1 place assigned to both categories.
the map is showing 1 place and both markers are there (of course), but being pointing to the same exact address they are one on top of the other. If you untick 1 category, you will see the corresponding marker disappear and the other one being unveiled.
See image attached.
Our support policy is cristal clear: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
We provide Support Services only through our Support Forums. We do not provide Support through any other channel (including, but not limited to direct e-mail, Social Networks, Skype or over the phone).
Even bigger themes and plugins provider adopts similar support policy even though their product cost much more than ours.
Thank you
the widget error, is probably linked to the 1st error.
We are looking into it, at the moment I’d use the regualar wordpress widgets admin page to save them.
I’ve checked and that is working correctly.
Thanks,
Paolo
Hi,
Stiofan probably didn’t notice but both that addons are our offical products.
To have faster and better support, please sync your themetailors account here on your profile page and you’ll get access to each forum for which you bought the addon.
Here an answer to all support requests is provided within 24 hours during week days and a bit longer during week ends.
Looking at our demo, both claim listing and Events are working and all addons in there are updated to their latest version.
Thank you,
Paolo
Vikas is correct, however the map should show all categories for the selected CPT in the map legend.
I think a screenshot or a link will help us understand exactly where your problem is…
I’m visiting your website with a Samsung Ultrabook with 1600×900 screen resolution…
Only a little % of your visitor will have a full HD screen. It is good practice to check that your website works perfectly with all resolutions starting from 1280×720 which the most common screen resolution used.
As far as creating so many CPT, if they all have different custom fields, I confirm that it is the best way to go…
For the Homepage map widget width you are currently using 1675px. Just change it to 100% and it will fit all screen resolutions.
Thanks
Hi,
given that we are working on different issues compred to what this thread has been started for, would you mind opning a new thread for any new problem you are experiencing.
Right now it doesn’t let me access your website.
It gives me a “Server not answering” error.
I’ll try again later.
In the mean time I’m closing this thread which is gone totally off topic.
Thx
Hi,
in this website as well you delete plugin pages. Is not going to work that way… Please never delete plugin default pages. (they are created when you first install it)
I don’t see a template full width on that website. GDF doesn’t provide one, so I have no idea why you say that you did select it.
I’ll ask Stiofan to add it to the theme for it’s next release.
Thx
What is the Error message please?
Can you attach a screenshot?
Thx
Hi again Nvoi, I probably didn’t explain this correctly. I asked Vikas to jump in ths topic and explain the correct procedure.
ThanksThanks for your comment Rog, but sorry to disappoint you, GT works just the same…
If you share your location and click on home, location doesn’t change…
Which is the only way geolocation works for any website I’ve tried, because you’d get lost the other way around…
Thanks
