    Seems to be fixed now… Just FYI there are 30.000+ wordpres plugin, but that doesn’t mean you should use them all on one website…

    53 plugin installed, most of which are big structural plugins, is not going to help your wensite success.

    Far too many…

    Never use EXCEL.

    It’s not the right software to handle CSV files. It will add plenty of wrong formatting and alter your data.

    Thx

    Hi,

    you should also reduce the map width. It is forcing the website off the screen on the right.

    To separate lines you could add this to your theme style.css

    .map-places-listing ul.place-list li {
        border-right: 2px solid #D2D2D2;
        display: block;
        float: left;
        margin: 0 0 20px;
        padding: 0 15px;
    }

    However you are not doing a smart use of CPT in my opinion.

    Correct use would be:

    CPT : Dog Friendly
    Categories : Attractions, events, HIlday Accomdation, Pubs.

    And not 1 CPT for each of these…

    Search is working, that is just a PHP warning, not an error and it doesn’t prevent your website from working.

    Just turn wp_debug off in your wp-config.php or disable php warnings through a PHP.ini.

    I’m sure your hosting provider can fix that in less than a second.

    Thx

    Hi again,

    the author page correspond to what described. You can find the widgets controlling it in Appearance >> Widgets and GeoDirectory >> Design >> Author to control which area is active and which not, just like the listings page.

    Thx

    @julian,
    Have you installed and configured MultiLocation too? Share Locaton without multilocation does nothing.

    After installing GeoLocation all it does it is asking to share location when 1st visiting the website.

    Example: http://wpgeo.directory/

    Can you please post a link to your website in a private reply so we can see for ourself the problem?

    Thx

    This is probably the thoughest update experience you will go through with GD, because we have canged so much from v1.0.4 to the current one.

    VIikas is already working on the next release and I think both him and Stiofan want to release it in the next 24 hours.

    To add the location switcher just go to GeoDirectory > Design > Navigation and enable it to show in the main menu just for the time needed to switch to the EVERYWHERE location.

    Just FYI if you are using multilocations you should be using a location switcher. Otherwise ppl will be able to access location pages via breadcrumb links and not go back to the global view or switch to any other location.

    Not using it, will expose you to a lot of potential issues.

    Thx

    well now you should enable the location switcher on the menu momentarely and switch back to everywhere. Than remove it again, but until new version, any time you visit a place, location will switch to that location.

    Thx

    there seems to be a problem with your sessions.

    You are checking events in california, Not all USA.

    See your breadcrumb…

    The problem with location changed to California is due to you probably visiting a place in california and forced multilocation to change location which is a bug Vikas already fixed today and will be in the next version.

    Not having the location switcher to move away and go back to Everywhere that’s what happen.

    No the events page was giving 404, so we did one step further.

    Your events had no category, I added one, let me see now what’s the problem.
