Places, you can rename it if you have the custom post type addon installed.
In our demo I renamed it Attraction. http://wpgeo.directory/
To rename Add Listing I’m sure it’s possible via language file, but I need to ask Vikas to confirm exactly how to do it.

it is possible that the plugin is creating a conflict with your theme slider javascript.
We would need to have a look at it to be able to fix it.
Can you please provide both FTP and wp admin credentials in a private reply?

For the flex slider problem it seems that guust gave you a quick solution…
you need to add them in style.css of your child theme.
ThxI see your logo as favicon. (see image attached).
You can’t disable the plugin flex slider, but the theme flex slider. I have no idea if they added an option like in avada to switch it off.
In case they didn’t we will need to add a function in your theme.

hi @leandrorosa, the orange globe is something related to GDF theme, not to the plugin. If you have the plugin and X installed the Orange Globe shouldn’t be there.
@montey the problem with the slider is probably related to a conflict with flexslider, used by both theme and plugin. I found the same problem while trying GD with Avada and it was easy to solve, because the theme offered an option to switch off flex slider. Does X offer the same option?

CPT behaves identically to places. My suggestion is to open the edit CPT places form in a page and take that as an example to create 1 or more new custom post types.
Than for each of them you can create Categories and for each Category 1 level of subcategories.

The deafult city is the first to appear when a user visits your website unless EVERYWHERE location is enabled. In that case a map of all locations combined will appear.
Yes, users can add new locations.
both things are related to the theme though, not to our plugin…
we should prevent to save an event without dates. I’ll ask VIkas to fix it.
