Thanks for letting us know 🙂
That’s part of the claim listing add-on. If someone select Yes for that question, the listing is automatically claimed.
Hi,
it’s not possible to buy them from your back end.
The 1st time you must download them to your computer and install them via:
Plugins > Add new > Upload
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/
Thanks

It looks like you installed it separately instead of overwriting (getting rid) of the old one.
Did you follow instructions here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/payments-manager-v2-setup/
We’ll need FTP to fix this. Let us know,
Thanks
Hi Joe,
we do not have a preferred backup solution, the important thing is that it backup all tables, including custom tables.
There are 2 recent articles from 2 very popular blogs:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/7-best-wordpress-backup-plugins-compared-pros-and-cons/
https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/free-quality-backup-plugins/
Let us know which one you ended up choosing.
Thanks!

Hi,
to check this, we’d need admin credentials to verify settings.

If you didn’t have listings outside of UK that would be easy, because you could enter UK in GeoDirectory > General > Search > Add location specific text to (Near) search for Google and it’ll work, but if anyone search for Ireland, Neatherland or Turkey, it couldn’t find anything.
In your situation I need to ask to the developers to help us out.
September 18, 2017 at 11:42 pm in reply to: How to change some of the wording on different areas within the site #396343Most strings for the add listing page are in the core plugin language file. All those that are present when only the core plugin is installed.
On that page there can be strings from pricing manager, claim manager and location manager.
Depending on which one is installed.
If there is a specific string that you can’t find, let me know and I’ll assist finding where it is.
Thanks
I do see the excerpt now, did you find how to fix it or am I missing something?
You are welcome 🙂
