    without the invoicing plugin, you can’t get payments.

    I’ve alerted the developers who will have a look at your site and they’ll let us know what is wrong.

    Please also provide FTP and phpmyadmin credentials.

    Hi,

    sorry, we didn’t provide the correct answer.

    There are plenty of your categories there that are visible with a zero next to them because they have no listings.

    The widget/shortcode has a parameter that limits the number of categories to display, make sure it is set to all.

    If that’s not it, please provide admin credentials and we’ll check what the problem is.

    Can I insert buttons on the free starter themes? Or only paid?

    There is no paid Starter theme. Starter is a free theme for GeoDirectory. Basically a skin. All Directory features are provided by the plugins. As Alex explained the free plugin doesn’t have the ability to search by price. You need the advanced search add-on to do something like that.

    It looks like Listimia is a yearly subscription? Is that correct?

    For support and updates, yes, that is correct. However the theme will continue to work if you don’t renew the membership. You just won’t get support and updates.

    Should GD work well with Divi theme?

    Absolutely yes, fully compatible. GD works with just about any theme.

    Hi Birgit,

    you don’t need that plugin to add a gmaps key within GeoDirectory.

    GeoDirectory has all options to add the Google Maps API key in Settings > General

    Makes sure to remove that plugin and only use the GD build it feature.

    As far as giving you an explanation, after 5 years V1 needed a major refresh and that’s what happened. We started alerting our members in early 2017 about this coming and we added a huge warning for the update:

    Were we strongly advise to take a back up before proceeding and in our docs we also say that it is strongly advised to do the update on a staging site 1st: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/#backup
