The only thing that I can think of is hiding the edit and delete links, but sorry if I ask, why would they want to claim a listing, if they can’t edit anything about it?

sounds like a server issue, do you have access to a server log. If not, please provide a link, admin and ftp credentials.

Hi,
business owners tha claimed their listing canot delete or alter reviews. They can just reply.
However they can edit all other information of their listings such as title, description, photos and so on…

please provide a link, admin and FTP credentials and we will have a look. Most likely the problem is caused by wrong folder permissions on the live server.

I would pretend to be moved to a newer server too, because that was installed back then and never updated.
I removed the location switcher from design > navigation. Than went to Appearance > menu and added the locations as custom links.
I’ve added the 1st 2
Almancil and Faro.
Can you continue from there?

Normally you can add custom links. If you provide a link and admin credentials I’ll check why you can’t in this case…

navigating the website is pretty fast, so if the slowness is only visible when submitting a listing and only with the Location Manager installed, there must be a bottleneck somewhere.
If you provide FTP credentials and phpmyadmin/cpanel credentials we will follow up and let you know.
Developers are all already off though, so they’ll most likely reply after the week end.
