adding a URL will not work. You must add the image file name only, the system will tell you where to upload the file after the import.

that’s not generated via shortcode, it’s an archive.

The map widget is added via Appearance >> Widgets. In this case it will be in the GD > Listings page Top Section

you are using the latest version of the core plugin, with outdated add-ons. That’s probably the worst mistake that can be made with GeoDirectory.

Please install WP Easy Updates: https://wpeasyupdates.com/

Go to the plugins page and enter the license key for each add-on, you can find them here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

Finally update all GD add-ons. That should solve all problems

Given your last harsh comment for not replying within minutes, let me advise that is already 7pm in UK and much later in India, so all devs are off for the night and they wont take care of this immediately, but they’ll most likely reply tomorrow.
