Actually that option shouldn’t be there and will not work… sorry both about that!

The address field is always mandatory, unless you make the CPT locationless.

However the field is mandatory, but it is not mandatory to enter an address. The city name for example is more than enough.

Or you can even add a fantasy name…

For listing claims, you need to enable it for each CPT. Go to GD > Listing Claims > Choose post types for show claim listing link.

Our re-CAPTCHA plugin will block bots registration, for more protection you can try a plugin like this:

I think it cost $7/year or something like that, but it builds a real fortress around your website.

in GeoDirectory > Design > Map you ahd all CPT selected, which means all disabled. When you disable all CPT from the maps, they stop working…
