that’s because you wish for the event to expire right after it is past, which is not what the system is designed to do.

End date and expiration date are 2 separate things.

Many users want events to remain public after they are past.

yes you can import in only one language. Create 1 listing for the desired language via the add new place form in the back end. Export it, create all other listings using that as a sample listing.

For the second question, you need to export, edit the CSV file changing CPT to the listings that need to be changed and re-import.
