You could add back the breadcrumbs?
These are the functions that are removing them:
remove_action('geodir_search_before_main_content', 'geodir_breadcrumb', 20); remove_action('geodir_listings_before_main_content', 'geodir_breadcrumb', 20); remove_action('geodir_detail_before_main_content', 'geodir_breadcrumb', 20); remove_action('geodir_author_before_main_content', 'geodir_breadcrumb', 20);To add them back change remove_action with add_action.

we are doing final testing and finishing the website. We created a lot of add-ons already (more than we thought), so testing could take few days, but I honestly hope maximum by the end of next week we should be online with the final beta.

Please use a FTP client to move out the code snippet plugin from the wp-content/plugins folder. That will make it inactive and will bring you site back up.
Once that done move back the plugin into wp-content/plugins folder and reactivate it.
Visit the Code Snippets settings page and either disable or modify the snippet using this function: geodir_detail_page_tab_list_extend
You need to rename it to something like geodir_detail_page_tab_list_extend_2 and also you’ll need to edit the add_filter call that uses that function.
This happened because whoop includes that same function and you cannot have 2 functions with the same name.

did you try to disable all non GD plugins to test as requested?
< I am not sure which plugin causing problem. But without disable plugin, we not able to decide which thing causing problem. Try disabling one by one plugin.

Google will not change what they indexed in the past, unless you let them know about it.
To let them know you need to setup a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new URL. There are plugins allowing to do so or you can do it in your htaccess file.
If you google how to setup a 301 redirect you’ll find lots of info.
