It is not. UsersWP is a Profile management plugin, while you’ll need a Membership plugin. Something like s2member or membership pro.

I see that same issue on your site also but not on my test site, my guess is that its a plugin conflict, if you can provide FTP details i can track it down, or if you prefer you can keep testing while disabling other plugins.
