on the main bar you can only add select fields. In the advance search filters window you can add everything and you can also leave it open by default.

I was able to login, but it first says wrong username / password and after refreshing it shows that I’m logged in.

I honestly don’t know how this can be happening, so I asked to Stiofan to have anther look.

Did you want to hide them somewhere else? In that case CSS can be targeted more precisely.
