You are welcome 🙂
Hi,
it is not, it only works for the home page map or for map shortcodes in custom pages (non GD).
Thanks
Hi,
If you have another ticket open for the same problem, you should avoid creating another ticket about it.
in any case we’ll need a link and admin credentials to verify.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it looks like the problem is the same of last time: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/instalation-fail/#post-363437
That file seems to be truncated, did you check it?
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
whenever you do a search by place it will always order search results by proximity.
Thanks
Thanks for letting us know 🙂
Hi,
Not without a customization.
Thanks
I’m posting this here because the BuddyPress and Claim Listings forums seem to be broken.
Just FYI, you can’t access those forums because your membership for them has expired…
Thanks
Hi,
What happen if instead of adding your new code in the header, you add it in the GeoDirectory options page?
It should replace the old code… If it doesn’t, please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
Instead of leaving them all checked, go to Design >> Map >> Select category to untick by default on map and select them all.
All unticked = all ticked. So instead of having to uncheck 18, they just have to check 1 or 2.
Thanks
most of your add-ons are very very old and still using an old auto update system.
You must update them, you can’t use old add-ons with the most recent core plugin.
You will need to download them all from here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/
Update them via FTP or using a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
After doing that please download and install the WP Easy Updates plugin and make sure to activate the license keys that you find where you downloaded the addons as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-easy-updates/
Thanks
Hi,
Did you clear the GD Booster cache? Without checking the back end that would be my 1st guess.
If you provide admin credentials we can have a better look.
Let us know,
Thanks
1) I flagged this for the developers
2) We do it through the loginbox widget (Tableau de bord) in the sidebar
3)
4) That’s in the main po file of the core plugin.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
I don’t see a link to access phpmyadmin or cpanel.

Hi,
X is compatible out of the box, you don’t have to import anything…
The only thing that seems like you are missing is the Google Maps API key.
Let us know if that was it.
Thanks
