the problem is the Map API. Did you generate it using the button within GeoDirectory > Design > Map?

the best way to do this is using the widget logic plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/
Than us logics like this one to show each widget only on the desired custom post type:
( 'gd_place' == get_post_type() )This will tell it to be used only on GD Places.

Hi,
let’s say that you have New York as one of your directory’s cities. Now a user adds a listing for the city of Neu York misspelled.
The admin will notice the error and merge New York and Neu York. Neu York will disappear from the database and the listing that was entered for it, will be moved to the city of New York.

the edit links should redirect to a URL like this: http://128.199.124.187/funkidsguide/add-listing/?pid=ID#
Where ID# is the listing ID. That on your website works fine.
When is it redirecting your user that claim the listing? If you provide credentials of that user too we can check directly.
