    Did she have to renew in the past? Did she have sufficient funds on her paypal account or credit card attached?

    Did you check your Paypal (or Stripe) IPN to check for failed transactions or errors?

    Please provide a link (inlcuding 1 for the listing that is supposed to auto renew) and admin credentials and we will follow up.

    We do not I’m sorry, we have no idea how you added the pro role with BuddyPress, because by default doesn’t provide such option.
