Hi,
you can only update via FTP overwriting old file with new files.
There is no way to do that and it shouldn’t be necessary. Maybe you can setup a 301 redirect instead.
Thanks
Hi,
once it is on someone’s screen, if they want to steal your content, they’ll be able to, no matter what you do or install, just FYI.
Thanks
Hi,
not without a complex customization.
Thank you
The developers will look into it and they’ll let us know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
the only way to reset the location is to visit the location page URL. Just add a link to the location page below each of your search widgets.
Thanks

Hi,
that I’m sorry is not possible.
You can use a CDN like Max CDN to offload the images from your server, but you can’t hotlink images from other servers.
Thanks
Can’t tell without checking your dashboard, if you provide a link and admin credentials we’ll have a look.
Please next question, do open a new topic though, we are going off topic and this one is set as resolved.
Thanks
February 15, 2017 at 8:29 pm in reply to: Possible to change position of Location Switcher on main menu? #361844I believe that’s not possible (you’d have to move all other GD links with it), but I asked to the developers to let us know if they agree or not.
Thanks
Hi,
the parent theme for these 3 child themes is called Genesis and it is not one of our themes. It must be purchased aside here: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/genesis/
This info is available in the product page too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/geo-1280-genesis-child-theme/ (To use GeoTravel, you will need to have to Genesis framework installed. Get Genesis)
Thanks
The developer will check both things for you.
Thanks
Hi,
sorry about this, it looks like the Permalink option: “Add city slug in listing urls” is causing the issue.
I momentarily changed it to Add region and city slug in listing urls (/region/city/) and now it works.
The topic has been flagged for the developers, they will provide a fix asap.
Thanks for your patience,
For the login problems, please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/change-default-buddypress-links/
I can’t find what’s causing the blank space below the search results and listings pages, I asked to the developers to have a look and let us know.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
The duplicates that are also attached to a listing have different names, which makes me think one was uploaded via media uploader and 1 via the GD uploader (that modifies the image name).
Last, I don’t see that many duplicates?
Are you able to replicate this and tell us precise steps?
Let us know,
Thanks
