If you don’t want to use it as your actual home page, than just use the location page: http://185.116.213.24/~ivca/location/

The widget areas that it uses are the GD Home widget areas.

Hi,

I believe the only way now would be to use 2 separate custom post types instead of 2 categories.

I asked to the developers to check however if it is possible to only offer the price package that is allowed for the current listing’s category.
