All external links are automatically set to nofollow. There is no option to change that.
Thanks
I don’t think so, main domain or subdomain, if mbstring is installed, that function should be declared…
Was it already installed or you just installed it? If you just installed it you should restart your webserver.
If it was already installed, please ask for support to whoever manage that server. If it was installed correctly, it wouldn’t return this error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos()
There is nothing we can do application wise to fix this.
Thanks
P.s. please be aware that w3 total cache is not compatible with GeoDirectory and could cause problems.
You should really disable and delete all files and folders it created in your wp-content folder. Thanks
If you disable marker cluster you will see that there are errors:
TypeError: $(…).offset(…) is undefined
/wp-content/themes/splendid/js/scripts.js?ver=100
Line 378too much recursion
https://maps.google.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/27/8/intl/fr_ALL/common.js
Line 237One is definitely caused by the theme, could you please ask for support to its author to see if he knows what could be causing it?
I also asked to our developers to have a look and see if they can find the problem.
Let us know,
Thanks
January 10, 2017 at 6:39 pm in reply to: Limit description editor options for certain packages (not by post type) #340491Hi Mark,
at the moment there is no option for that, but I asked to the developers to add it as soon as possible, because it does make a lot of sense.
We will keep you posted.
Thanks
as I said:
The map includes all listings and the center of the map is the center point between the 2 farthest listings.
The only way to only show North America, is to only have listings in North America.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe the only way to do that would be to use tags.
I asked to Stiofan to let us know if he has any better ideas.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m sorry to inform that both things could only be achieved with an extensive code customization.
Thank you
Hi,
you have both w3 total cache and GD Booster installed. w3tc is not compatible with GD.
Please disable it, clear all caches and deactivate it. After deactivating it you can delete it, but you still have to access via FTP the wp-content folder to delete any files and folder it created.
Let us know if removing that fixed the problem.
Thanks
Hi,
without FTP there isn’t much that we can do.
Our theme and plugins are used by over 10k websites and these problems are never reported.
I would suggest to move to a better hosting provider, especially if you are unable to provide FTP credentials (they should provide them with your account by default).
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/
Thanks
This is the error:
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos() in /home/codigode/public_html/directorio/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/custom_functions.php on line 107
Please ask t your server admin to install the mb_strpos PHP module on your server.
That is installed by default in 99% of servers.
Thanks
Did you install the Core GeoDirectory plugin prior to installing the advance search add-on?

Hi,
would you mind sharing a link so that we can see the problems in action?
