Hi,
the system will not recognize any CSV file.
You must copy you data from your file to our sample CSV file, that can be downloaded from GeoDirectory >> Import / Export
Also categories must be created/imported in advanced too.

Did you buy the website from someone else?
That page is customized and the breadcrumb has been hidden with CSS.
You’ll need to make it visible again.

it shouldn’t be a folder, there should be a file called error_log. I have no idea how you server is structured.
Either you supply working FTP credentials, or you’ll have to wait until your server support is available.
