Hi Recons,
there are plenty of steps that you did not follow about this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/whoop-theme-overview/
Please continue and you’ll see.
Thanks
Hi,
currently that is not possible, we allow only a different description per city.
I asked to the developers to check if there is anything we can do to allow a different description for each country and region too.
They’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
Can’t that be done with css alone?
I asked to the developers to let us know what they think.
They’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
the listing page is not a static page.
It is the equivalent of a single post page. What do you want to modify exactly?
Let us know,
Thanks
HI,
we can’t recreate that on our servers, so that must be due to your customization. Please test on a vanilla WP install with only GD installed.
Thanks
I see all maps are working now… I guess you fixed the API settings. It may takes up to 10 minutes to resolve.
Thanks
Hi,
the static image that is not appearing is still due to the API keys being wrong.
You need to add this:
*.mybs5.com/*
not .mybs5.com/ nor any other variation, just:
*.mybs5.com/*
and
mybs5.comWithout fixing that it won’t work.
Hi,
please add the HTTP referrers as indicated in the docs.
*.mybs5.com/*
mybs5.comI’m getting invalid username/password now, so I can’t check if there are blank space before or after the api key copied in your settings.
Let us know,
Awesome, thanks for sharing! 🙂
Please provide a screenshot of your Google Developers Console and API settings.
Also provide new admin credentials, the one above are no longer admin and we can’t check your settings.
Thanks
You are doing nothing wrong, the free plugin only allow to work within the default location. To extend to multi locations, you need the location manager add-on: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thank you
Hi,
we don’t provide support for Buddypress, other than things related to our integration.
Unless I’m missing something, that doesn’t look like it is related.
There is a support forum for buddyrpess here: https://buddypress.org/support/
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
it looks like you added the map twice. I believe the theme you are using doesn’t require you to add a map in Appearance > Widget > GD home top section.
Let us know if that was the problem. If it wasn’t please provide admin credentials in a private reply.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
go to Settings >> Reading and increase the number of posts per page.
Some themes have extra settings about that, I’m not sure about the theme you are using though.
Hope that helps.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
if you go to Settings > Discussion, the option: Allow people to post comments on new articles is disabled.
Enable it and than correct all listings created after disabling that option. You’ll have to edit them and make sure comments are open for each of them.
With the shortcode used, you can’t only show featured listings and sort them random.
You need to change to this shortcode instead: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#poppost
Thanks
