Hi,
I’m not aware of anything like that at all, let alone compatible with GeoDirectory.
You are entering customization zone.
Thank you
November 28, 2016 at 7:43 pm in reply to: ?listing_type=gd_place being added to end of page URLs #313456Hi,
someone deleted all GD pages. You can avoid using them, but you cannot remove them from the system.
The system didn’t know where to add the add listing page and was adding it randomly everywhere.
For the detail page without sidebar, I think that is an enfold setting that is removing it.
Let us know,
Thanks
You can also check in the browser console for any Javascript errors. They could be caused by a conflicting plugin.

Hi Vicki,
I asked to Stiofan to assist. He’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
Awesome, thanks for sharing! 🙂
Hi,
we don’t have control over what you see on Paypal, please ask for support to Paypal directly about this. Or you can use the Stripe Add-on that allows to pay via credit card on your website without creating any account.
Thanks
hi,
I asked to Stiofan to verify. I don’t see anything wrong in settings, so it must be either a DB problem or a bug.
He’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
if the ribbon doesn’t appear even when it should, we’ll need a link and admin credentials to verify your settings.
Let us know,
Thanks
To answer to your question about scraping from Google Maps or similar, that is not permitted at all.
They would blacklist you before you finish scraping the 1st few thousands of business and if you trick that through proxies, as soon as they find your website and they will, you’ll find their lawyers at your doorstep.
Databases should be built, not copied. Even buying databases is not a good practice, as you get duplicate content that a lot of other people may have bought and they could be using it in thousands of other websites.
Google ignores duplicate content.
Thanks

Hi,
yes go to GeoDirectory >> Place settings, add a new text (numeric) custom field from the left to the right column, double click on it to add all settings, make it mandatory and with drag and drop position it anywhere in the form.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks
Hi,
in that case you need to use the search form with the advance search add-on that will allow you to search by category and zip code at the same time.
Please see:

You can probably use Yoast to create a sitemap.xml and from there copy all URLs of you listings.
Thank you
It should not, you’ll only be able to update things manually this time via FTP or using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
Once everything is updated, you’ll find the settings page: GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.
There you need to add and activate your license keys for future auto updates.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you for your support!
Hi,
we have been using the new licensing system since January, so you won’t have a license key to renew.
The only option you have is to buy a new license.
Thank you
