your location and payment manager add-on are almost 1 year old. They are still using the old auto update system, so you will need to update them manually via FTP or using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
After update, make sure to enter the license key for them in GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing.
That will unlock auto updates for the future.

If you want buttons where there are no buttons, that is considered a customization.

buying our products doesn’t include options to redesign every single aspect of the layout (because that’s not a thing in the WP market) and only people that have some CSS/html skills will be able to modify this kind of things by themselves.
We also don’t provide a CSS snippet for every single possible change one can make, because I’m sorry, that’s a totally unreasonable thing to expect.
For those who are not capable of doing it by themselves, but still wants to change things like logo position, menu links and other similar things, the only solution is to hire a designer/developer to help them out.

that would be a wrong breadcrumb as the home page would be missing.
At least it should be : Home > Directory > Places > Hale Common > Featured
and for that no custom code would be required, so I’m not sure what you mean by:
I have managed to add some code to rewrite the directory landing page to somewhere other than my website home page
Which custom code if that not needed??

1) Html should be imported without problems, if you provide a link and admin credentials we will have a look.
2) if the import fails, none of the listings is imported.Just FYI, if you have add-ons installed you will need to renew your membership or support will be denied.
