Please try to run the utility in GD Tools to clear all version numbers. Refresh the page and try to add a new price. It looks like the install script wasn’t executed correctly.
If that doesn’t work we will need a link and admin credentials and probably also cPanel to access the database.

Please provide FTP credentials and we will fix it. You should use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/ to add functions, because supreme is updated from time to time and functions added in functions.php will get erased after updates.

Hi,
1st of all you are using a very old version of the Supreme theme. 0.3.0 when we are currently at 1.0.6.
You shouldn’t add functions to functions.php of that child theme, because it is going to be updated from time to time. You should use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/
Please start updating the theme and adding that plugin and after we will check why your function isn’t working.

please try to disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see if one of them is responsible.
For sure you have to chose between GD Booster and Wp Super Cache and Autoptimize. You can’t have all of them…
Most probably the problem is caused by that.
