as far as I know, that has always been impossible. Beaver Builder or any other page builder won’t know how to replace a GD template.

Do you have an example of listing that you were able to modify the template for via the builder? We will need link and admin credentials.

the additional slug here is the events category. http://www.myanmarhotels.tips/myanmar-hotels-event/events. You can’t have a CPT without categories.

For the archive titles, description and so on, given that you have Yoast SEO installed, you should use it’s options to modify them.

listings with a payment transaction are set live automatically once the payment is successfully received.

You find the list of listings under the Menu :

Places

Events.

You can also check payments via GeoDirectory >> Prices and Payments >> Invoices

We will need admin credentials to check the PHP fatal error. Where are you getting that?
