Thanks
Hi Ron,
Kor asked for the link to a listing that has expired and for which notification was not sent. So that we don’t have to invest too much time looking for it once we access your website.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
do you have the Location Manager installed? Because without it you can only add listings in your default city.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
sorry about that, please provide admin credentials in a private reply and one of the developers will reply asap.
Thanks
Hi,
sorry about that, I see the exact same thing now that I tested on a fresh install.
I alerted the developers, they will let us know asap.
Thank you for spotting this!
Hi,
I’ve flagged this for the developers. There are still jQuery errors all over your pages and I can’t find where they are coming from.
They will let you know asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Probably the currently active version is still using the old Auto Update system.
I’d suggest to update from the zip file using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
The theme license option should appear after that.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi after disabling the plugins I noticed this at the top of the home page:
jQuery.noConflict();Right after the
<body>tag.
Do you know who added it and where?
If that’s not the problem, I’ll have to ask to the developers to follow up, because I can’t think of anything else.
Let us know,
Thanks
For the location manager I told you what the reason is, for the core plugin the update notification is on…
Thanks
Hi again,
looking at your home page code, it seems like Cloudflare Rocket Loader is not disabled. Please make sure to turn it off completely.
Let us know,
Thanks
Did you recently add any new plugin that may have caused this problem? The next thing I would do is trying to disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see if the problem goes away.
Let me know if you already tried or if we can try that.
Thanks
Hi Mark,
add this to GD >> design >> scripts >> custom css:
.sd.home .site-header, .sd.sd-location .site-header { background-color: #fff; }For future reference: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Thanks
