both the core plugin and the CPT add-on are outdated. Please add the license key that you find here for the CPT add-on in GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing and activate it.

Now you can update the core plugin 1st and 2nd the CPT add-on. You should always keep the plugin updated.

Let us know if you see any difference after the update. I suspect there could be a conflict with another plugin too.

that is not the right way to do it and yes when updating the theme, the footer.php is rewritten and your changes are wiped out.

You should use a child theme and copy the footer.php in it if you don’t want this to happen.

you will need the Payment manager add-on installed and you can restrict that per price package.

If you restrict the image upload to 1 image, the description will change accordingly.
