it could be due to a conflict with a 3rd party plugin, did you try deactivating all non gd plugins to see if the problem goes away? It would help isolating the problem.

well you could use multisite and use 1 theme for 1 section of your site with 1 thmee and create a /directory/ subsite that uses supreme for the directory part of your site.
We do the same here, but we use 1 theme for all sites and we do it mainly to only activate the plugins that we use only on the sites where they are needed.

Are you adding ONLY the file name to the CSV?
Probably not, because this is in your DB.

It looks like you are adding URLs instead of a file name.

If you download from wp.org or within wordpress now you can only get V1.

You can delete 6k listings, deleting 200 at a time in 30 steps. It’d take less than what is taking to fix the issues caused by deleting things from the db directly.

Probably it was not setup correctly? If you generate the key from within GeoDirectory instead, it will do it correctly without problems…

That is what caused all problems. There is nothing to debug. Nobody should delete data from the database directly.
