    Hi,

    I asked to the developers to double check and let us know how to fix this.

    Thanks for reporting this

    Maps are made to include all pointers and using zoom auto is what works best if markers are scattered in a wide area.

    Changing that requires a customization.

    Thanks

    Just FYI, if you upgrade to V2 https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/, there is a UI to re-order tabs without having to play with custom code.

    Thanks

    Errors are still there, you need to correct all bad format characters.

    For example in the title of the 1st listing:

    Tolimaメs Auto Center

    See what’s there instead of an apostrophe?

    All similar errors must be corrected.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    we store custom fields in custom database tables and probably the plugin used for rich pins isn’t aware of them.

    This would require a customization from the rich pin plugin authors.

    Thanks

    There are illegal characters when I open with UTF8 encoding.
    What encoding did you save as?
    Did you use LibreOffice?

    Please answer this question…

    Thanks

    Double check and make sure the billing information are correct. That’s one thing that would prevent it from working.

    Also try to make the API key not restricted to a domain or IP momentarily to check if that setting is correct or not.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

    Please try to disable all non GD plugins and test again. Let us know if one was creating a conflict.

    Thanks

    The CSS problem is created by fauly css from either a plugin or theme. With this you can fix it:

    .simplemodal-container .row {

        margin-left: 0 !important;

    }

    Next time you see something similar, please disable all non GD plugins, if the problem doesn’t go away, try to activate a default theme.

    That will tell you who to ask for support. (in this case it wasn’t us)

    Thanks

    Hi,

    There is not, that will require a 3rd party plugin.

    Thanks
