I Just tested it with that user, I changed email to info [at] wpgeodirectory.com and it worked flawlessly.

Hi,

if you select the neighbourhood, it will search only within that neighbourhood. If you don’t select it and search, it will search within your defined radius around the central point of that neighbourhood.
