Hi,
if you are getting white screens, it means that there are PHP fatal errors. With that many plugins installed, conflicts are possible (and your website is painfully slow because of that).
We would need access to an error logs or FTP to be able to track them down.

you must ZIP the files. You could zip them all together and attach them to 1 post…If you deleted all listings before deleting the CPT, the tables will be empty, so I wouldn’t worry about it…
You can always drop them from phpmyadmin.

I only checked the single listing pages. Not the Custom post type index. That looks like a server configuration problem.
I also get several :
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
Please provide FTP credentials and we will have a look, but you should really ask for support to your hosting provider.

I’m happy to hear that your site is currently working with w3tc installed, you are probably using basic options. If you try to minify and combine css and js files with it, it will break everything.
Also you are probably only using a single location?

that was due to WPML, both custom post types where set to “do not translate”.
