Hi,
your desktop home page is showing the everywhere location, zoomed automatically to include all listings in your map.
If ytou don’t want it that zoomed, go to multilocation ìand change the “Home Page Results” settings to show the default location.
Thanks
Hi,
we’ll need a link and admin credentials to check your settings.
Thanks
Hi,
customizations are not part of support. You will have to hire someone to customize your website if you wish to do so.
To enable disable fields, you can go to GeoDirectory >> Events settings and deactivate every field that you don’t need.
Thanks
Hi,
How many custom fields do you have and how many options did you add to them?
Please provide a link, wp admin and phpmyadmin credentials.
The developers will check…
Please also remeber to open your own support requests rather than posting on existing tickets from other members.
Thakns
Hi,
we will need admin credentials for that.
Let us know.
Thank you,
actually it does, make sure to fix the URLs in your database though, images are still served via http and hte mixed content makes the page unsecure.
This tool will help:

1) change this option: GD >> MultiLocation >> Home page should go to: > Site Root
2) I need to ask to the developer about this, that’s how it should work…
3) I’m sure this is how it work and I can’t recreate what you are repoting in our demos. We’d need to check your instal to verify what’s wrong.
4) I don’t think they are, activity cannot be location dependent for example, buddypress doesn’t have a location field for it’s activity entries. You’d need to customize buddypress for that. Lists can contain listings from multiple location, so that wouldn’t make sense at all…
5) Not without a customization of BBpress
Let us know about point 3.
The developers will let you know about point 2.
Thanks
Everything can be done via functions.php of the theme with hooks and filters, it depends what you intend to achieve.

Chrome now requires SSL/HTTPS for geolocation to properly work.
Porbably now Safari too, please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/

.sd.home .geodir-search input[type="text"], .sd.home .geodir-search select, .sd.home .geodir-search input[type="button"], .sd.sd-location .geodir-search input[type="text"], .sd.sd-location .geodir-search select, .sd.sd-location .geodir-search input[type="button"] { width: 100%; -moz-box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-box-sizing: border-box; box-sizing: border-box; }This has already been fixed in the upcoming version.

Hi,
there was this error caused by ubermenu:
You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
http://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&ver=4.5.2
Line 93I fiexed that by disabling ubermenu call to Google Maps API.
However it is still not showing up. Are the plugin network activated or activated for the single site within the network.
I can’t check, because the account is not network admin.
Let us know,
Thanks
Thanks
Hi Dale,
looks like they missed your reply, I’ve poked both of them to let them know about it…
Thanks for your patience,
