    only the 1st image of each listing is visible in the media gallery, because it is used as featured image.

    that is the option and it’s working on my demo site. If it’s not working for, please request help to WPML support.

    Translating Place (or any other CPT) categories with WPML is easy: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-post-categories-and-custom-taxonomies/

    Hi,

    we haven’t tested it yet.

    I have to admit that I haven’t followed the project enough to have a clear opinion yet, but I read few posts on Yoast.com and I’m not 100% sure it is something that can be useful for directories.

    I thought it was manily for blogs and news sites.

    If you are selling listings and you have dofollow links, Google will penalize you for selling links.

    No matter if your listings are selected or not.

    No at the moment this isn’t possible without a customization. If you wish to see this happening please submit a custom request here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/

    we do help a lot, but one thing is asking for some help, one thing is asking to provide free work to modify the look of your website elements.

    It is true you are not asking for anything complicated, but you make a list of things you want to change and you expect us do it for you.

    If we had to provide free custom CSS to all of our members, this project would be out of business already.

    Hi,

    there is something breaking the entire edit listing backend form. All fields are messed up and the map is not showing.

    That is probably also causing the yoast problem.

    Can you please try to disable all non gd plugins except yoast and see if the edit for goes back to normal?
