If nothing is entered in the “near” field, sorting will be by featured, if something is entered in the near field, sorting will be by distance.

There is no filter that can change this, the search queries would have to be rewritten.

Serving results that are misleading, compared to the search made by the user, wouldn’t be good UX.

when adding a listing the pointer will change is position accoring only to the Address field. Not the neighbourhood field.
