This is the error message on all WPGD plug ins.
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
And now I have managed to update a second website, again by trial and error. But the website in my last PM is still defeating me.
This reply has been marked as private.Ok, I have managed to upgrade one of my sites by experimenting with toggling on and off the force update plugin. But fail again when I tried repeating the process on one of my other sites.
I have managed to manually enter all of the many different licence keys for the sub-plug-ins (map cluster etc.), but when I try to update plugins through the wp admin cp, I get errors on all update attempts. “An error occurred while updating GD Booster: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Hmmm, One hour into my first of 6 sites and not looking good Paulo. I have renewed my 4 month membership and have downloaded and activated the force update plug in. Now all 16 Plug ins are showing new and different licence keys. When I cut and paste these into the fields in auto updates and licensing I get an error message when I try to save and activate the licence key for each plug saying Licence not activated. Please renew or seek support.
A tad optimistic I think!
I have tried renewing my licence for 4 months, but it is insisting that I renew for 12 months?

I’m a huge fan and I’m using your theme and plugins on some of my Whiskey Trail sites.
My subscription is up for renewal next week, but unfortunately, this could be a deal breaker I’m afraid. I just don’t have time to manually cut and paste 25 licence keys per site.

I’m on the new system but my sites are refusing to upgrade unless I enter new licence keys.
I have 4 or 5 licenced sites and each has 25 of your plugins all of which seem to have different licence keys.
Does this mean that I have to manually cut and paste and enter 120 odd different licence keys??
