New licence / updates system info

    Hello,

    I have to renew my license has expired and I have exactly the same thing as Giovanni114 :

    “My system still has the old “Auto Update” section with a singular license field. To follow these instructions, I went to My Account > Edit > Downloads. I see all of the individual plugin keys, however I do not see the one singular master key to insert in the old Ato Update to update the the new one. I tried using some of the indv plugin keys in this field neither worked. Where can I find the master key to insert in the old system ? ”

    Hi,

    the old licence is no longer there because it has expired already, you should have entered it and updated the plugins before its expiration.

    Are the other 2 location and payment manager? If yes, it is because the updated version hasn’t been released yet.

    They will be released soon along with the new version of the core plugin.

    Let us know if that’s not the case.

    Can you please look at our account? Some times, it shows 90% of expired (other items we purchased separately show licenses) and sometimes it shows the licenses. We just renewed the subscription last week.

    Hi,

    I see your licences expire on February 15, 2017. What I see is that they are inactive though. Meaning you didn’t enter them in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / licencing.

    I’m on the new system but my sites are refusing to upgrade unless I enter new licence keys.

    I have 4 or 5 licenced sites and each has 25 of your plugins all of which seem to have different licence keys.

    Does this mean that I have to manually cut and paste and enter 120 odd different licence keys??
