Now i presume the next step of your will be closing/debarring our account from further asking logical and ethical questions.
We have purchased the theme and paid to you. Question was on core theme … if you dare then answer that our claim for core theme is wrong.

I Understand this though I ‘am new to company and have no idea but as you said will check with previous person/company head for the same and try to resolve as soon as possible.
But again if the theme is purchased with support license then i think as part of theme purchase, core support should be provided other than any support. As ethical business support you should not refrain from support as i’am in development for last 15 years and be it any issue no theme provider stop providing support to optimize the core theme file.
Hence, Pls. look into the core support and if we ask for any plugin support then you should not provide until your paid fee is paid.
Rest is up to you for your better understanding.

Also have gone through the issue raised and our previous archive… then came to know that it was asked to hide the post/block from listing page if no reviews was provided. But this not the requirement of ours right now.

Have gone through above link and have found the issue was not pertaining to what i’am referring here. the question asked by previous colleague who left the company now but in this thread the question is very different and asking for the core theme question.
How to change the Canonical for any url?
Pls. help me with this nswer.
Also, i have not asked the support for the plugin rather i have asked that how could we change the canonical for any page type which is as per my understanding not the plugin issue but core theme job.
hence, pls. look into and help me to get the solution.

Pls. let me know how could it be plugin issue if the website architecture is big time question.
You people are running the theme for last 2-3 years and don’t realise that after plugin it will be creating issue particularly in the case as mentioned by me.
It is not he issue of plugin by anyway rather its website architecture issue. How could you design a page where 3 pages could be same??
and i ‘am quite sure that even if i renew my license then also there is no work for the plugin rather on core.
Therefore, pls. conform me that it is ok with you guys that, if i renew the license then i will not give access to plugins and issue will be resolved by you.

One more issue today we have identified that our detail listing page is stopped getting indexed because we had implemented the login on detail pages.
Hence, can you suggest the coding for the “First Click Free (FCF)”. through this policy we wanted to provided a way for our sites to be included in search in spite of their content not generally being available to users. FCF required publishers to provide a limited amount of free content to Google Search users on a daily basis.
So pls. help in this regard. What will be php code for the same.

We have purchased the theme from you guys then why should i ask for others to develop it for me.
This is very bad. In today’s scenarios every theme is supported with Google AMP. Else what is the use of having website if that will not rank in google.
You should provide support to make is AMP compatible. Also who is asking to provide me custimze solution.
It’s very critical for the business.

We just wanted to raised an urgent issue. after clicking on preview button to “Listing Preview page” is coming blank.
It was correct by the support team ” god know what they had done after taking admin rights”… but due some very serious issue we have to uninstall and re-stalled the whole geo directory. Hence after successful activating the geo directory .. the issue has come up again.
We have complaint earlier also that after click on ” Review Your Listing” button – listing preview page is coming blank… Pls. look into on urgent basis.

We have deactivated the wp-fastest cache addon (plugin) and after that also tried.
Issue not solved. once the listing form is filled then on click of preview – next preview page is coming blank.
