I was under the impression an invoice would generate, not a link for someone to click to generate an invoice.
We’re going to continue to use Geo Directory for the directory, but not the invoicing side, as its just not working for us.
Our payments add-on has just renewed (which I’ve now cancelled) – can this be refunded?
I installed WP Crontrol – I can’t see a cron job for invoicing?

Yea, my initial query about invoices not generating…. They still aren’t generating!
Turns out my memory was wrong. place #25978 was originally created under the “no paid member” package. Unsure how this has changed itself to be the “individual” package.
I think 25978 might be a bad example – if my memory serves me correctly, their package was changed after the invoice etc was marked as paid.
This would have been done by changing the check bok on the right.
If changing the expiry dates or the packages upsets things, why is it possible to change these without any popup warnings or anything?
And what about the others?

The listings mentioned are board members who receive a free listing. So I created a 100% discount voucher code which the board members entered in the checkout process
The discount used was id 25929.
Board members are generally only board members for 1 year, so their free listing wouldn’t be recurring.

25970 – exp 2018-09-21
25973 – exp 2018-09-21
25978 – exp 2018-09-21
26009 – exp 2018-09-22
26064 – exp 2018-09-22
25981 – exp 2018-09-25
26097 – exp 2018-09-27None of those have created invoices as yet – given they are within 30 days, shouldn’t they have created by now?
The package in the image was a test one I created to try and figure out why the invoices weren’t being created.
Are you saying package ID 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 will create an invoice when they are coming up for expiry?
Place ID 26187 is using package ID 3 and has an expiry date of 2018-08-20 with no invoice generated

Are you now saying that the invoicing plugin won’t generate invoices for non stripe / paypal gateways?

We do not use any gateways that support reoccurring payments – I was on the understanding the places would generate an invoice when they came up for renewal
All places were set up from the front-end, and all generated an invoice on creation
Sorry, I’m confused, I thought people couldn’t select pre-bank transfer with recurring items?
Those example places were set up with invoices

I have 2 places that are past expiry. No invoice has been created for them. And the place is still active, even though the setting is set to make them a draft
So, is there a way to generate invoices for existing places?
