Looks like its using this shortcode in a wpbakery text block. Is it not one of yours?
[FEATURED_PLACE_LISTING]
I’ll have to check with webnware otherwise. They styled that but I thought it was just using the geodirectory shortcode still.
Fixed, with many thanks to Vikas at Web N Ware for his hard work.
I have to say, I find it hard to believe that I am the only geodirectory customer who is having this issue?
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/disabling-also-optimize-for-logged-in-users-doesnt-work/
And you experienced the issues I am reporting right Alex
Paolo, did you read Alex’s first reply to this thread? I got the impression that he was able to replicate the issue?
As to the systems being used. I popped round to my parents house earlier and was able to replicate the issue on his computer. He is running windows 10 and I tried with forefox, chrome, and internet explorer. All showed the same issues
This is very frustrating. I have disabled auto-optimise for now
Alex, in reference to Paolo’s message. Did you have js disabled when viewing my site? I highly doubt it?
I popped round my dads earlier and tried on his PC. Had all the problems that have been mentioned above on multiple browsers. I will check with him if he has disabled JS, but I highly doubt he has.
The person who reported the above said they tested in multiple browsers.
Alex, can you please send a screenshot of what you see, particularly with regards the css.
Also can you confirm what operating system and browser you are seeing this with?
I have Vikas looking at this and he cannot replicate the problems either.
My developer cannot replicate these things either Alex. Also he says that auto-optimize is set not to work for logged in users, so should auto-optimize settings every matter here?
Thanks for taking a thorough look Alex.
These things are all a bit strange. That css code isn’t something i’ve added, certainly not in custom css. And it only seems to work on a pc. I have tried on my mac on 3 different browsers and can’t replicate the issue. Would just adding that css into customcss with a different color fix this issue or do I need to overwrite at source?
Also the maps, working fine on mac, but not pc. This was all running absolutely fine previously.
Taking a look at auto-optimize now
Incidentally, this particular user had tried across 3 different browsers
This reply has been marked as private.Morning Kiran, see above. I have switched to google maps rather than openstreet and its now working as expected.
Thanks
Perfect, fixed, thank you.
Thanks for looking. I actually have openstreetmap set rather than google maps. Would you recommend I use google maps instead?
