Hi Mitchell,
I’m not exactly sure how that happened but your purchase seemed to get linked to another subscription, i have had to regenerate your licences which means any current licences you have instalelled will need to be deactivated and the new licences activated.
I am sorry about that, i have never seen that happen. If you have any problems just let us know.
Thanks,
Stiofan
October 19, 2018 at 11:15 am in reply to: Listing Payment received in Paypal, but Invoices still shows Pending Payment #450506Hi Larry,
We did some live testing, when paying your live account the IPN did not seem to fire or at least get to the site so i put our account as the live account and paid the same type of listing and it all worked as expected and even the refund worked as expected.
This would seem to point to an issue with the IPN coming from your account.
Can i get you to provide me with two things.
1. The MAIN paypal email address for your account (in case we were using a sub account email)
2. The paypal IPN info for the 0.01 transaction i sent you, you will find it here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-ipns-historyThanks,
Stiofan
Hi Amy,
I have deleted those files but its not the problem, the issue is you have a site with about 6k listings and many heavy plugins installed, even when i tested with just GD installed it was taking about 4-5 seconds to load pages, this is not good. Please read my satire blog post about how to make your site slow, you seem to be following it without knowing 🙂
https://wpgeodirectory.com/making-your-wordpress-site-slow/If i were you i would be looking for at least a VPS hosting but better yet a dedicated server, any of these would be good: https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/matrix-ex

With something custom like that first you have to be able to find what defines the edge cases, like people close to borders, are the “districts” divide up by post/zip codes? If so then thats your answer, use zip codes, if not you need to find something that defines the borders between the areas. Using the near me would also be less accurate than just entering a post code, as the near me can be off by quite a bit in areas.

The folder issue usually happens when it has problems reading the correct folder directory structure. It can take along time to delete the cache via FTP, do you have a controle panel like cpanel we can login and do it quicker?
Thanks,

Kiran has finished for the day, i’ll chat with him in the morning and see where we are with this and if needed i’ll run a few live tests.
@kiran ping me when u see this and we can go over it.
Thanks,
Stiofan
All it would take is a CSS rule, something like (not tested):
.geodir-category-list-view.geodir-gridview div.geodir-field-post_content{ display:none; }

October 18, 2018 at 10:04 am in reply to: Restrict wp-admin is showing the Admin Bar for a Subscriber #450278We used to remove it and got told you can’t just remove it by the theme review team, we considered adding an option to remove it but then do we remove it for all or just subscribers or more? There are many many plugins that do exactly this, so no point in us adding an option for something that is so readily available.
Thanks,
Stiofan
If you wanted that then there are two ways to do it:
1. visit the tags page /places/tags/eco/
2. Search for “eco” as the search already looks at tags.I don’t see why a 3rd option is needed?

I still really have no idea what exactly you mean, you could mean many different things, please explain more what you want to achieve and i can tell you if it can be done or not.
Thanks,

Can you provide wp-admin login details in a private reply?
It the only way i can check something else is not messing with the query.Stiofan
October 18, 2018 at 9:48 am in reply to: Problem changing home page to custom build version. #450270The add listing page needs to redirect to the correct post type which i think is messing it up, i can’t imagine you would use BB on the add listing page?

I was under the impression you just needed the city name and not a specific address for the arrival location, this is why i suggested just a text input, that would work for searches etc.
A full on second full address input is not possible by default and i’m not sure its what you are after, if you enter a very specific address you would need to have exact matches for that to work, and an addresses can be entered differently each time, even CapiTalIsations would make it not work if they are different.Stiofan
Hi Joy,
Check the server logs, the JS errors look like they are a result of the page not fully loading so the issue is likely in the server logs.
