    Hi Kor, yes, I have selected my preferred Archive Template. And I have activated the Lefthand Sidebar Worpdress Template. In have used a GD Widget to show Categories in the sidebar.

    There is just one widget in the lefthand sidebar – how can I make this show Event Categories on the Archive Event Template and Place categories on the Archive Place Template?

    How can I show Event Categories in Left Side bar on the new GD Archives (Event) template I’ve created and Place Categories in the Left Side Bar on the regular GD Archives?

    Also, another glitch related to same issue (final one I think!) is that meta data displaying incorrectly on user profile page. See screengrab to show how it is duplicating the number of listings across all Types eg Invoices, Events etc. This is not correct.

    You already changed it for me in https://romanroadlondon.com/users/ but the profile page still shows it:

    Happy to remove all Counts rather than try to show them correctly.

    Doesn’t seem to have changed anything. Links to My Listings and My Places still takes me to /author/ version of the page, which still doesn’t work.

    The /profile/ version of the page does work but it’s not linking to that.

    Hi Patrik, sorry it’s taken a while to get back and I know this is really a UserWP questions but the history of this ticket trail is essential as I think the problem is connected to the Code Snippet you created to help UsersWP work with my Co-Author plugin. It’s all about the redirects….

    Please see attached screen grab to show you the drop down boxes I’m referring to, ringed in red. When I select My Listings or My Events from this drop down box it takes me to a 404:

    There are two fields that can be filled in for the image:

    TITLE – I have read this acts as hover text over the image as well as being image Title
    CAPTION – I understand this acts as caption and I assume appears in the pop up grey box on the image slider to describe the image to users, plus I’ve read it acts as the Alt tag too

    I would like to make use of both these optimisation functionalities and I thought I should do this buy creating a shortcode that includes: show_title=’true’ show_caption=’1′.

    However, when I do this BOTH the Title and the Caption appears in the popup grey bar that of the slider placeholder. Why do they both appear here together? Surely it’s not meant to. SEE IMAGE ATTACHED

    On your suggestion I have since removed the show_title from the shorcode but now there is no caption in the pop up grey box.

    What is the correct shortcode to show the title text as hover text and to show the caption in the pop up grey box in each image of the image slider placeholder?

    Hi Alex, so I removed show_title=true on the GD Details page leaving this:

    [gd_notifications]
    [gd_post_images type=’slider’ ajax_load=’true’ slideshow=’true’ show_caption=’true’ animation=’slide’ controlnav=’1′ ]
    [gd_single_tabs show_as_list=″1″]
    [gd_single_next_prev]

    That has successfully removed the Title from the caption bar. However the caption doesn’t show in it now.

    This is the page URL and I’ve attached the text I’ve inputted in both Title and Captions fields:

    Is there something else I need to do?

    Ok thanks for this.

    Do you think is there any way to fix this without me having to add CSS code?

    I’ve already had to add several bits of code to correct GD styling issues and this just adds to page load time.

    Isn’t this something that could be fixed in GeoDirector? Or are you saying that this is a compatibility issue with my WP theme?
