For some reason it is now showing both the Title and the Caption in the grey caption bar.

This reply has been marked as private.I think I’m struggling because in my backend I can’t find the icon for the shortcode builder on my Archive Item page. In your video it is show as a square of four square icons next to Add Media, but I don’t have that in Guttenberg.
So how can access the shortcode builder in Archive Item page?

Hi sorry I have read the page you sent but it’s not helping me.
I know where I can input the image title and caption, and remove it if I want it blank.
My question is why is the Caption in the black bar showing what I put into the Title field, and where is the Caption displayed on page?

Hi @patrik, you kindly fixed my ‘author’ ‘profile’ conflict by adding some code via the Code Snippets plugin.
You said to get back to you if this affects anywhere else on your site.
The My Listings’drop down box (found in the details side bar of individual event pages) goes to an /author/ page that returns a 404:

So do I need two Recapcha plugins? I already downloaded the GD Recapcha, which had settings for login etc. Does this one become redundant if I download the UsersWP Recapcha? Or do I still need both? Thanks!

Thank you so much. So far so good, though Alex is looking at why I am still getting a large amount of spam subscribers every day.
One more thing that I think is related…. is there a way to removing the metadata being displayed on people’s profiles on the https://romanroadlondon.com/users/ page? Something’s not working and it’s duplicating/multiplying the metadata for each type of post incorrectly. For example Anna Lezard has written 15 posts, but not 15 invoices, 15 listings, 15 events, 15 my templates etc. See Screenshot. Could we fix or turn off?

I have gone to my google recapcha admin but I can’t see anywhere to enable I’m not a robot. I assume it is enable anyway. The only thing I can change is to put the level of security to ‘highest’. It also shows me this message: “We detected that your site is verifying reCAPTCHA passed solutions less than 50% of the time. This could indicate a problem with your integration with reCAPTCHA. Please see our developer site for more information.”
When I register as new user on my website it still doesn’t load the recapcha. But I noticed that the register page is on a lightbox. Does this allow recapcha???? Might a solution be to turn of the lightbox for login/registration pages?

Where is the V2 ‘I’m not a Robot’ option you are talking about please?

I think something is wrong. I have just logged in as a test user and there was no recapcha. I’d prefer to try to sort this out rather than download a third plugin to do the same job. It all seems enabled so I’m not sure why it’s not bringing up the recapcha step? Any ideas? Thanks, Tabitha

Have you managed to have a look at the issue I raised on Feb23: “Hi @guust, unfortunately turning off the redirect by checking UsersWP > General tab > Profile sub-tab > Show Advanced > Disable author means the Tabs on the User profile pages get a 404 (they point to /author/ pages of my theme and are expeting a redirect to /profile/). Can we bypass this somehow? Can the Tabs go directly to /profile/ without us using the redirect? Probably not I guess!”
Also, did Patrik manage to find out why UsersWP is glitching with Co-Authors and if we can resolve this?
