I am hosting on Amazon AWS m4.large instance.
The specs are:
2vCPUs
8GB Memory
Dedicated EBS Bandwidth: 450MBPs
2.3 GHz Intel Xeon® E5-2686 v4 (Broadwell) processors or 2.4 GHz Intel Xeon® E5-2676 v3 (Haswell) processorsCurrently, it takes about 1 minute per 10 records. So 9 million records will take 625Days.. slightly less than 2 years! 🙂
Would it be possible to use phpMyAdmin to directly import the records into the database?

Hey paolo, thanks a lot! I decided to simply abandon the current wordpress installation and create a new instance. The uploading seems to work fine in the new wordpress instance.
However, still no luck with regards to the autofill! 🙁
I have another website with Geodirectory and I tried uploading the same CSV in that website and had no issues whatsoever. So I dont think there is an issue with the CSV. It has to be some setting within the website…
I have removed all illegal characters and tried re uploaing the file. Still didnt work. Attached is the file that I tried uploading.
Yes all APIs are enabled. I even created a new API and tried with that. Even that didnt solve the problem.
Which image are you talking about? I dont see any attachment.
I disabled Location Manager, set the default location to Toronto and re-enabled Location Manager. This didnt solve the problem. Address Autofil is still not working
With regards to the CSV file, I tried uploading the file where columns are not modified. This still didnt work because now all the listings have the same default address (Toronto). I have attached the new file here.
