it seems that the above stated error is gone, but currently I found an other one too.

Hi Kiran,
I’ve re-installed the GDv.1.6.38. I guess this comes from WPML admin access while the were investigating the problem that the german language loads in much higher page load amount. Therefore they made an upgrade of all left plugins and I had then to downgrade the installation using your downgrade option.
Now the clean old version is installed to proceed further with your investigation.

nice to get back to me.
The error can be found in the file public_html/wci/error_log.txt
The ftp and login details will be stated in next private message.The server is running slow as I have disabled all cache (wp supercache, cloudflare external cache and autoptimize) to be able to investigate further.

P.S. If you state I need to upgrade to the latest GD.v2 then I am not able to do this until you also offer a coupon voucher addon for GDv2 as this is a business case related the main addon in use.It is meant that I need to proceed with GDv1 as well with corresponding v1 themes. I am unable to upgrade as the addon gtvouchers (not from GD) is a core key point in our business approach to let entrepreneurs issue voucher deals and promote those within their listings.

I’ve updated now the PW to access to the admin area.
The reason why I need you to solve this upgrade problem is, that our dev will be in need to check the process while updating to get to know and proceed with planned development to upgrade GTVouchers.If you may deliver a planned release date of your own voucher to create addon that would be perfect too.
Meanwhile, I need to be able to proceed with our adjustments to be able to upgrade core GDv1 to GDv2 within dev1.
Now I am looking forward to your results to enable that.

I found out that some plugins have not been activated, while trying to activate those i am getting this error:

I’ve de-/re-activated license and even add the domain to activate the license for the sub-domain, but still I am unable to do the updates of the addons to GDv2

P.S. Other non GD plugins are able to be updated.

License Key should be ok as those are green marked according to the screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/YwtWDuFmw3
As well the license has already been auto renewed at 1.May so it should be working fine too. Please check the installed plugins
Do you have any other suggestions why this may is not possible to proceed with the upgrade at this testing site?
