Hi there,
Ok so the number which says 9 that would be the count for reviews with ratings? what is the number 16 referring to in that case?

Hi there,
Thank you for your email.
We are still experiencing the count issue for pending reviews these dont match the number of how many reviews are pending, the count says 9 but there are 16 pending comments in the system.
Please see attached with the new support system there is no way to attach a screenshot that is why we are using this method.
Kind regards

Please can we have an update on the following query please?
“Thank you for the update, we have tested this and all seems to be working as it should now thank you. However the problem is the same for pending listings and pending reviews the numbers dont seem to be updating either, can this please be investigated? please see attached”

Hello,
We initially thought caching might be the issue too, but we’ve since tried on numerous different devices (cache cleared, incognito mode etc.) and we’re still having the same issue. We’ve found that whilst the pending claims number on the dashboard may say “8”, if you click “View all” and scroll all the way to the bottom, it says 9 items (there are also 9 items in the list) – see screenshot for reference. There doesn’t seem to be a set time, but the number of the dashboard does seem to correct itself after a day or so…
Are you able to shed some light on why these two numbers on the same page might be different? We would have thought with caching, the two numbers would both read 8 or 9 (for example).
Kind regards

Hi Alex,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Appreciate you considering it for a future update, that would be great. Do you have any interim suggestions in the meantime for accomplishing this or something close?
Thanks.
Thank you for your reply,
How does it show on the front end of the website under comments? Does it show the name as Anonymous?
